Coverage

Products made by Because You Love are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 Months from the date of purchase.

Original shipping directly between Because You Love and you is guaranteed against product damage or loss if the carrier accepts the blame, or if the carrier blames Because You Love's packaging.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Because You Love will fully refund the purchase price and the original shipping price.

Making a Claim

A defective product must be returned to Because You Love for inspection or disposal. Contact Because You Love within the warranty period at 570-392-3339, and follow the instructions provided for the return.

It is your responsibility to immediately contact the shipping carrier and file the claim of any product damaged or lost during shipping. Because You Love will provide documentation and photos of the shipment to assist in this process.

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
• Damage from heat, cold, humidity, or sunlight.
• Alterations or repairs not performed by Because You Love.
• Visual differences in product colors and details as expected under different room lighting. Additionally, sRGB color-calibration is used for product photographs, which may look different on uncalibrated screens and browsers.
• Products not returned for inspection.
• Products or services provided by Third Parties
• Shipping between Third Parties and you.

Terms and Conditions

Because You Love's Terms and Conditions are incorporated into this Warranty.

Limitation

Beyond this Warranty, Because You Love offers no further guarantees as outlined in Terms: Limitation of Liability
